Work on the part
nobody demos.
We are not running an open hiring process right now. Here is what the work is, and how to be in front of us when that changes.
Nothing open today.
The team is growing through people we have already worked with. That is a deliberate choice at this size and not a permanent one — when we post a role it will be here, with a real scope and a date it closes.
If the work below is the work you want, write to us anyway. We read every one, and the people we already know about are the ones we contact first.
What the work is.
Four areas, and they overlap on most of what we build. The 17 systems in our work section are engineered across all of them.
AI systems
Retrieval that stays grounded, agents that are replayable, evaluation that runs before anyone ships. The model is one component with a contract, not the product.
Blockchain infrastructure
Contracts, and the seven layers under them — reorg-safe indexing, finality normalisation, risk models and a ledger that reconciles.
Software products
Dense interfaces that a professional uses all day, and the API and data layer that has to hold up behind them.
Platform and reliability
Durable execution, delivery guarantees, drift detection, and the instrumentation that turns a failure into a fix rather than a guess.
What we look for, and what we don’t.
Read the beliefs on our about page first. If you disagree with them, this is not a fit, and that is useful to know before either of us spends an hour on a call.
- We care about
- What happens on the second retry, under load, and eighteen months later
- We work
- Remote-first, globally oriented
- Scope
- Architecture → build → production, on one team
- Not a fit
- Ticket-taking, or handing a design over a wall
- Hiring now

Think you should be on this team?
Send us what you have built and what you want to build next. A repository or a system you are proud of says more than a CV does.
